EDU Passport is your go-to platform for all things education related. We offer software solutions, global education-themed listings, spaces for communities to connect, and consulting services for the education industry.

EDU Passport is designed for educational businesses, individual educators, and other professionals who want to connect to the education industry. To join, you must be at least 18 years old.

We offer the user roles of Educator, EDU Business, and Vendor. Each user type has various degrees of access and permissions as per their account level (Basic, Pro, Plus) and account type (personal, business, administrative).

To use EDU Passport, you'll need to create an account by providing some basic details, like your name, email, and professional preference information.

EDU Passport may deny or terminate accounts if terms are violated, false information is provided, or the platform is misused.

Your username should be appropriate (no offensive language), and passwords must be secure—include a mix of characters and meet minimum length requirements.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to EDU Passport. By uploading, you give EDU Passport permission to display your content as part of our platform features and promotions.

We ask that all content shared is legal, respectful, and does not infringe on anyone's rights. Explicit or harmful content is not allowed.

Harassment, explicit content, spamming, and impersonating others are not allowed on EDU Passport. Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination. In cases of brand or revenue damage, legal action may be pursued.

All posts and shares must follow EDU Passport's community guidelines, promoting a safe and positive environment for everyone.

EDU Passport aims to be available whenever you need it, but we're not liable for any downtime or user misconduct on the platform.

Our responsibility for any damages is limited to direct damages only; we aren't liable for any indirect or incidental losses.

EDU Passport offers membership subscription plans.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.

Some features may come with additional fees, which will be clearly outlined before purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll notify you via email or in-platform notification of any changes.

By continuing to use EDU Passport after updates, you accept the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, where EDU Passport is based.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
