We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Team Members to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the education industry, our mission, and target market. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. This role requires proactive individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, online, multi-cultural environment.
- Sales Growth:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth and expand our market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards using ClickUp.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the international internal team to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and market trends using Pipedrive.
- Education Background: Preference will be given to candidates with a background in education.
- International Experience: Candidates with international experience and a global perspective, such as previous expat teachers, are highly desirable.
- Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage but not compulsory. Proficiency in English is a must.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as ClickUp.
