We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, an understanding of the unique needs of educational institutions, and the ability to nurture strong relationships with our clients. As an Account Manager, you will ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients by providing exceptional support, driving engagement, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and online environment.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide training to help them maximize the value of EDU Passport `'`s solutions.
Client Success and Retention: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, ensure their needs are met, and drive satisfaction and retention.
Upselling and Growth: Identify and act on opportunities to expand client usage of our platform and services.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, client feedback, and challenges to inform product and service improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Reporting and Analysis: Use tools like Pipedrive and ClickUp to track client engagement, report on key metrics, and present actionable insights.
Education Background: A degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, ideally within the education or SaaS industry.
